OSHA 2264 - PERMIT-REQUIRED CONFINED SPACE ENTRY This is a Chesapeake Region Safety Council course - REGISTER HERE Offered by Mid Atlantic OTI Education Center, this course will be held at ABC-VA Northern Virginia Training Facility, Host Training Organization July 13 - 15, 2026 | 8:00AM - 4:00PM This course covers the safety and health hazards associated with permit-required confined space entry. Course topics include recognition of confined space hazards, identification of permit and non-permit required confined spaces, use of instrumentation to evaluate atmospheric hazards, ventilation techniques, development and implementation of a confined space program, proper signage, and training requirements. This course features workshops on permit entry classification, instrumentation, and program development. Upon course completion students will have the ability to identify permit and non-permit required confined spaces, reference the OSHA Permit-Required Confined Spaces Standard, conduct atmospheric testing, and implement a permit-required confined space program. CONSTRUCTION QUALITY MANAGEMENT Wednesday, July 15, 2026 | 7:30AM – 5:00PM | ABC-VA Dulles The Construction Quality Management course offers prospective QC Managers and Administrators the opportunity to satisfy the CQM-C training requirements specified in most USACE and NAVFAC construction contracts. This course must be taken and the final test must be passed by any person aspiring to be the QC Manager/Administrator or alternate. The Contractors Quality Control (CQC) requirements and the Governments Quality Assurance (QA) roles are reviewed. Training materials provided. A course certificate, valid for a five-year period from the date of the class, will be awarded to those who satisfactory complete the training and pass the final exam. CONFINED SPACE TRAINER COURSE This is a Chesapeake Region Safety Council course – REGISTER HERE July 16, 2026 | 8:00AM - 4:00PM This Trainer Course in Permit-Required Confined Spaces is recommended for inspectors, auditors, safety and health professionals and those personnel responsible for writing, auditing, or training employees with an active role in permit space entry. This course was developed and designed to educate participants to train about all aspects of 29 CFR 1910.146. Prerequisite: In order to attend this course you must have completed the OSHA 2264 PERMIT-REQUIRED CONFINED SPACE ENTRY course within the last 12 months and provide the CRSC with a copy of your course completion certificate.
