The Federal Small Business Administration, the Federal Department of Transportation, and the State of Virginia have already made and continue considering additional changes affecting small business program eligibility and implementation. This virtual learning program will overview those programs’ basics, their recent changes, and their current and expected impacts on small businesses and those working with them moving forward.
