YOUNG PROFESSIONALS: MIDTOWN 64 HARD HATS TOUR WITH EDC & HARKINS BUILDERS Thursday, November 19, 2026  |  4:00PM - 6:00PM Join the Young Professionals as we get an inside look at Midtown 64: a 46-acre, $500+ million mixed-use development at the intersection of West Broad Steet and Interstate 64. The redevelopment of the former Genworth campus will transform the site into a new destination featuring retail, restaurants and entertainment, nearly 1,000 residential units, and a 226 room dual branded hotel. What makes this tour especially unique is the opportunity to hear from both EDC and Harkins Builders, two general contractors involved in the development. Each general contractor will talk to their portion of the development and share the logistics behind this large-scale project. PPE Required: All attendees must wear a hard hat, safety vest. PPE will be available, while supplies last for those that need it. Please dress for outdoor conditions; the tour will primarily take place outside.
