Join us for a comprehensive session on hiring and retaining employees in the construction industry. This event will feature Steve Daves, a leader in construction, discussing the importance of company value propositions. HR experts Jill Alarcon (Vybrant HR) and Stephanie Rowzie (TalentRemedy) will share their expertise on effective hiring and retention practices. Attendees will gain insights into enhanced recruitment strategies, building a strong company culture, effective onboarding practices, attracting the next generation of employees, and running successful job fairs and internships.
