In our last session, we held an open discussion focused on A.I. making real-world impact in our industry and implementation strategies. We’re back with round two, this time focusing on real A.I. use cases across the project lifecycle. Participants are encouraged to bring real examples of how they are using (or have tried to use) A.I. on active or recent projects, including what worked, what didn’t, and lessons learned.

1. AI Use Cases Across the Project Lifecycle – Preconstruction & Estimating, Project Management
2. AI Tools and how to use them effectively (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
3. Risk Management & Escalation – What AI handles & what requires review
4. Open Discussion – What’s working, what’s not, priority pilot workflows, and ownership/follow-up actions

Didn’t make it to the first session? No problem! Anyone interested in real-use cases of A.I. in construction are encouraged to join us. Seats are limited to provide for open and honest discussion.
