Founded in 1999, The Construction in Education Foundation (CEF) of Virginia provides university students in the engineering/construction industry with financial assistance to pursue their dreams
Since 1999, ABC Virginia has awarded over $425,000 in scholarships to ABCVA members, as well as their children, pursuing degrees in construction management and civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
The call for applications is released by March of each year with recipients announced in April.

Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be employed with an ABC-VA member firm, or children of employees at an ABC-VA member firm
- Be pursuing a degree in construction management, civil engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering
- Be enrolled in school or accepted at a school
