Many construction professionals may not truly understand the principles of over/under billings, cost-to-complete projections, accrual v. percent complete methodology, year-end complete projections and more. Understanding the overall financial picture is often misunderstood at the Project Management level. A “big picture” understanding of financial/budgetary management can impact opportunities for growth, identify risks.
