These deaths are preventable. This course will help you plan, prepare and deliver fall protection training to your workers to prevent injuries and fatalities from falls.     CPR, AED & FIRST AID CERTIFICATION Thursday, March 19, 2026  |  8:30AM - 12:30PM ABC Virginia certifies hundreds of individuals each year in First-Aid and CPR/AED using the Health Safety Institute’s (HSI) training content.  ABC-VA’s primary goal is to create confidence in its students’ abilities to handle emergency situations. Our instructors provide clear explanations of the subject matter in a relaxed environment. Instructors focus on the importance of controlling, with confidence, medical emergencies and providing life support for victims of sudden illness or injury.  The certification issued to each participant is valid for two years.     THE NOBLEMEN SHAMROCK MARATHON WEEKEND 🍀 The Shamrock Marathon Weekend will host more than 25,000 runners over the course of the weekend, which means a lot of people drinking beer, and a lot of people needed to pour it! Last year, over $10,000 was raised in support of helping kids and changing lives. Interested in volunteering this year? We will need: 60 volunteers on Saturday, March 21 120 volunteers on Sunday, March 22 (across two shifts) PLEASE share this opportunity with others! Invite your friends, spread the word, and post on social media. It takes a small army of volunteers to pull this off every year, so please think about any individuals or groups who may be able to lend a hand.
