The Individual License and Certification Regulations adopted by the Board for Contractors, Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation, on April 1, 2007 (18 VAC 50-30-120) provide that all individuals renewing a journeyman or masters license after December 1, 2007, shall be required to satisfactorily complete a continuing education course from a provider approved by the board.
