Building Better Outcomes Together – Central Virginia Preconstruction Peer Group No. 2. Following our first preconstruction round-table focused on the subcontractor perspective, this session shifts to the general contractor and vendor perspective.
General contractors and vendors rely on timely, accurate information from trade partners, suppliers, manufacturers, labor providers, and design teams to develop reliable proposals, manage risk, support owner decision-making, and successfully deliver material, equipment and ultimately the project. This open discussion will focus on the information, communication, and collaboration needed throughout the preconstruction process to help customers receive the best value, improve project certainty, address changing market conditions, and ensure risks are properly identified and managed by all stakeholders while putting our bids together.
