Please email Kristen Altermatt to be put on waitlist.**\nWednesday\, April 17\, 2024  |  3:30PM – 5:30PM\nABC-VA Young Professionals: join us for an insider view of Hourigan’s Springline construction site where we will learn about the PM perspective of this project followed by a tour of the job site guided and narrated by a superintendent. Arrival time 3:30PM. Tour starts promptly at 4:00PM. Special thanks to Hourigan for hosting this event! This event is for Young Professionals 40 & under. There is no charge for this event\, however\, you must be registered before event starts. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins. \nSpringline Office at District 60 is a dynamic mixed-use urban village situated in Chesterfield County at the intersection of Route 60 and Chippenham Parkway. The development encompasses a 150\,000-square-foot multi-tenant office building\, spanning five stories plus an impressive rooftop deck\, offering a modern and collaborative workspace. The office building is characterized by concrete footings and structural steel\, while its exterior is adorned with a combination of storefront windows\, brick\, and metal panels. The office facility includes essential office and support spaces\, with noteworthy amenity areas such as a welcoming lobby and a stylish rooftop party deck for social gatherings and events. \n**PPE is required for this tour: hard hat\, safety vest\, safety glasses and steel-toe work boots. Attendees must bring their own. You will not be permitted to join the tour without the mentioned PPE at minimum.** \nDIRECTIONS/PARKING **PLEASE READ CAREFULLY**\nVisitors can park in the area in front of Dollar Tree\, which is outside of the limits of construction\, west part of the development. From there\, visitors should walk to our temporary Hourigan site office at 7106B Midlothian Turnpike (next to Starbucks) to check-in and await the start of the tour. From there\, we can walk directly to the site.
