Our instructors provide clear explanations of the subject matter in a relaxed environment. Tiffani transitioned over to safety in 2008 where she served as a site safety technician for site-specific government projects. Currently serving as the corporate safety director for Comfort Systems of Virginia\, Tiffani oversees safety protocols\, ensures regulatory compliance\, and fosters a culture of safety excellence across multiple locations. Alongside her successful corporate career\, Tiffani is also passionate about basketball\, where she leverages her leadership skills to mentor and inspire young athletes. Her dedication to safety and sports exemplifies her multifaceted talents and commitment to both professional and personal development. \nScott Pease\, a graduate of Virginia Military Institute with a degree in International Studies and a minor in Economics\, began his construction career in the field\, gaining hands-on experience. Now as an Estimator and Project Manager at AIM Services\, he blends technical knowledge with practical skills to lead successful construction projects. Scott’s academic and military career makes him a valuable asset in leadership\, management\, and interpersonal communication. \nJason McDougal is a seasoned professional with a remarkable 21-year career in the construction industry. Starting as a laborer at JC Driskill\, he climbed the ladder through dedication\, hard work\, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. From a laborer\, to gaining his masters license in Electrical field\, Jason consistently demonstrated his ability to led. The true transition from Field supervision to office management took place at Colonial Webb where Jason was employed for 10 years. This allowed him to gain the skill to help birth him into a project management position that eventually landed him at JRC mechanical as Vice President of construction operations. Jason has recently taken on a new construction management position with Comfort Systems of Virginia. Jason has a heart and passion for new and up and coming tradesmen in the industry\, and his true love is to see individuals grow in their knowledge of the trades and to spread to the news of what this industry has to offer. \nJamie Vanek – From Art Teacher to Construction Executive: While formally trained in education\, Jamie discovered her love for construction when she moved from Pennsylvania to Virginia in 2006.
