Construction Financials & Project Profitability Workshop 10/8 HR

CONSTRUCTION FINANCIALS & PROJECT PROFITABILITY WORKSHOP • LUNCH & LEARN
Wednesday, October 8, 2025  |  11:30AM – 1:00PM
This program will provide information on essential construction financial principles associated with project management and the impact the accuracy has on corporate financial statements. Many construction professionals may not truly understand the principles of over/under billings, cost-to-complete projections, accrual v. percent complete methodology, year-end complete projections and more.

Understanding the overall financial picture is often misunderstood at the Project Management level. A “big picture” understanding of financial/budgetary management can impact opportunities for growth, identify risks. Each presenter will provide an informative discussion on basic job-cost principles, building synergy and collaboration between operations and accounting, risk mitigation, lessons learned and practical examples of successes and challenges, relationship between corporate financials and bonding, and more. The session will include a Q&A forum.

This is a lunch and learn.
