The office facility includes essential office and support spaces\, with noteworthy amenity areas such as a welcoming lobby and a stylish rooftop party deck for social gatherings and events. \n**PPE is required for this tour: hard hat\, safety vest\, safety glasses and steel-toe work boots. Attendees must bring their own.
