The office building is characterized by concrete footings and structural steel\, while its exterior is adorned with a combination of storefront windows\, brick\, and metal panels. The office facility includes essential office and support spaces\, with noteworthy amenity areas such as a welcoming lobby and a stylish rooftop party deck for social gatherings and events. \n**PPE is required for this tour: hard hat\, safety vest\, safety glasses and steel-toe work boots. Attendees must bring their own.
