2026 CENTRAL VIRGINIA APPRENTICESHIP GRADUATION CEREMONY

Celebrate the hard work and success of our newest professionals at one of Richmond’s most historic and beautiful landmarks! We are proud to announce that this year’s Apprenticeship Graduation will be held at the stunning Dominion Energy Center. Originally opened in 1928 as a Spanish-style masterpiece, the historic Carpenter Theatre provides the perfect backdrop to honor the dedication and craft of our graduates.

Why This Venue?
Our graduates have spent years mastering their trades, so it is only fitting to celebrate them in a place known for its own incredible craftsmanship. Designed by architect John Eberson, the theater is famous for its “atmospheric” design. As we hand out certificates, you’ll be seated under a famous faux sky ceiling featuring twinkling stars and moving clouds, designed to make you feel like you are in a grand Spanish courtyard. It is a space that honors history while looking toward the future—just like our graduates.
