JORDAN COMPANY\nWednesday\, November 11\, 2026  |  4:00PM – 6:30PM\nPlanes\, Projects & Professionals | Behind-the-Scenes Tour of the Norfolk International Airport ConRAC Project + Networking \nAs part of the Norfolk International Airport Authority’s Master Plan Update\, W.M. Jordan Company is serving as Construction Manager for the development of the new Consolidated Rental Car Facility (ConRAC) at Norfolk International Airport. \nJoin ABC-VA Young Professionals for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of this transformational project\, which will centralize rental car operations into a single facility designed to improve customer experience\, increase operational efficiency\, enhance airport wayfinding\, and support future airport expansion initiatives\, including the new terminal and ticketing hall. \nDuring the tour\, participants will gain insight into the scale and complexity of the project\, including the construction of a multi-level Ready/Return Parking Garage\, Customer Service Building\, Car Wash and Fueling Facility\, RAC Administration Building\, roadway improvements\, and other key infrastructure. Attendees will also learn about the extensive site redevelopment\, utility relocations\, deep foundation systems\, stormwater improvements\, and vertical construction currently underway. \nFollowing the tour\, continue the conversation and expand your professional network during a relaxed networking social at Captain Groovy’s. \n**PPE is required for this tour: hard hat\, safety vest\, safety glasses and steel-toe work boots. Attendees must bring their own.
