    2026 EXCELLENCE IN CONSTRUCTION AWARDS - JUDGES BREAKFAST & JUDGING DAY Thursday, June 11, 2026  |  Breakfast 7:00AM - 8:00AM  |  Judging 8:00AM - 5:00PM This year marks the 45th Annual Excellence in Construction (EIC) Awards competition, which recognizes and celebrates outstanding projects built by ABC Metro Washington and ABC Virginia (Northern VA region) members. The awards competition serves to raise the level of construction standards throughout the industry by recognizing the workmanship of those who contribute and by showcasing the results of their dedication. Project judges and guides can register now for our annual Judges Breakfast at The Westin in Tysons. Following breakfast, teams of judges will visit the sites of submitted projects. We are seeking guides to drive around the teams of judges. Being a guide is a unique opportunity to not only network with architects and designers (our typical judges), but also see the incredible projects built by our members.
