Formerly the Sampson Paint Building\, the project will deliver 211 apartment units along with a nearly 200-space parking garage\, lobby\, fitness area\, and clubhouse amenities. This adaptive reuse project reimagines a historic industrial site into a vibrant residential and community-focused development\, contributing to continued growth and revitalization of the surrounding area. \nW.M. Jordan Company\, our tour host\, is providing Construction Management At-Risk services and overseeing coordination\, site development\, and execution throughout the project lifecycle. Their team is focused on delivering a high-quality\, durable project that prioritizes safety\, efficiency\, and long-term performance. \nPPE Required: All attendees must wear a hard hat\, safety vest\, construction boots\, and safety glasses.
