Jordan Company is the construction manager of the new Atlantic Park Mixed Use Development in Virginia Beach\, featuring a 2-acre wave lagoon. The surf park will utilize an emerging wave technology\, making this the East Coast’s most compelling outdoor adventure vacation destination. \nThe 10-acre multi-use development will include 120\,000 square feet of diverse retail and a 70\,400 square foot\, 3-level live entertainment venue\, promoting off-season tourism and local quality of life.
