The U at ABC-VA is an Academic Initiative of the Virginia Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors. It is composed of eleven schools of instructional content developed for the industry by the industry.
Mission: Deliver continuing education, designed by subject matter experts, with an emphasis on leading the industry through market, process, and technological changes. The goal is to help participants secure sustained success in winning work and delivering quality projects through safe, sustainable, collaborative and efficient means.
The U is brought to you by the ABC-VA Management Education Committee, chaired by Reggie Jones of Fox Rothschild and co-chaired with Chuck Claar of Hubert Construction. The Dean of The U is Alex Gutenson of E.E. Reed Construction, a former Management Education chairman.
