Session #6 of the 2019 ABC-VA Project Manager Development Series will provide class
members site safety training from a management perspective. Beyond the standard safety practices and implementation on the job site, Project Managers are responsible for managing safety through contracts, notices, leadership, ensuring those assigned to their projects possess the required certifications, evaluating site logistics related to safety, responsibility for addressing issues, and more. ABC Virginia has prepared this program to address unique requirements and duties related to the Project Management position. This session will focus on providing the Project Manager critical success factors to ensure their project is effectively managed from a safety and risk perspective. Conducted by two leading construction safety professionals a seasoned General Superintendent, the presenters will provide a highly impactful class on project safety for the Project Manager.
