No matter whether you call them Crew Leaders, Foreman or Field Supervisors, our front line supervision is critical to the success of a project. Their influence over the profitability of a project cannot be overstated. Today’s crew leader not only needs the trade skills required to lead a project, they need the managerial skills to communicate with the client and office as well as the people skills to create a team on the job-site.

DON'T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT
“…I really enjoyed learning further about problem solving and decision making. The leadership skills and crew leader involvement in safety were also very helpful topics for Supervisors. In my opinion, this would be a great course and very beneficial for crew leaders. I would definitely recommend this course."
