Comprehensive seminar on complex mechanical systems and associated coordination requirements.  Specifically, mechanical systems, DDC controls, TABS, and Commissioning. Contractors are experiencing extended general conditions expenditures related to delays in systems acceptance. 
A panel of industry trade professionals will provide detailed information on their systems and best practices to ensure project success.  This seminar will provide a fundamental overview of these systems and a collaborative presentation on how contractors can improve the mechanical systems acceptance process.  Discussion includes: effective management requirements, Superintendent roles/responsibilities, coordination of trades, owner involvement, risk management practices, innovation, early involvement/coordination of trades, increasing profit, and scheduling.
