Do you understand how your project is evaluated and the impact
a negative review will have on your company?

Congratulations!  You were just awarded several Government contracts and are getting started on a pathway to project success.  Or are you?  Understanding the government performance evaluation process, often referred to as CCASS, is a critical component to protecting your company’s reputation and ability to win future work.  You are now being evaluated and you or your team may not understand the value of a positive review, or how to dispute a negative rating.  Does the person handling your certified payrolls know they are being evaluated?  How about your contract administrator?  Do you think the evaluation only is about how your Superintendent performs?  Does the Government reviewer know how to assess your firm in accordance with their guidelines?  What are your rights if you receive a negative rating?

Managing your project(s) in accordance with the CCASS evaluation criteria is essential for long term success.  This session will provide participants a behind the scenes look at the CCASS evaluation criteria, what you can do to control the outcome, what evaluation criteria the Government uses, how to ensure all CCASS evaluations are sent to your Principal and manage your ability to acquire projects in the future.
