Session #9 of the 2019 ABC-VA Project Manager Development Series will provide class members instruction on the role of Project Managers in Business Development and the key role they play in the overall Business Development process. ABC has assembled a panel of guest speakers to dive into the essential components of an effective Business Development program for acquiring and retaining clients, the role of the PM in the process, and the collaborative relationship between Project Management and Business Development as a tool for success. This session is designed to provide Project Managers a formal understanding of the Business Development role they are responsible for, critical factors for an effective Business Development program, and provide significant perspective from professionals in different industries.
Conducted by a panel of Business Development and Marketing specialists from the region, the program will provide a “behind the scenes” perspective and key aspects for developing and maintain client relationships to capture new opportunities for your business.
