Scheduling is a critical portion of any construction project. Using the correct scheduling techniques is crucial for creating and maintaining an accurate construction schedule. Learning the fundamentals of schedules and how to create a schedule, how to read a schedule and how to put a schedule to use will help ensure a successful project. We will touch on the all aspects of scheduling and create a sample schedule for a project in the classroom.

-How to read a schedule
