An Introduction to Lean Construction: focused on its terminology, processes, and tools while dispelling some of the misconceptions. No previous experience necessary - the only prerequisite is a genuine desire to become a better builder through improved communication and project planning.

Chad Blalock, P.E., LEED AP, leads W.M. Jordan Company’s Building Systems Group. Chad is a registered professional engineer with 18 years of experience helping clients maximize their investment through careful analysis of building systems and their impact to the bottom line. Chad holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Presenter #2: Murphy Kerner, E.I.T., Building Systems Engineer, W.M. Jordan Company
Murphy, a Building Systems Engineer currently working on the NASA Measurement Systems Lab Project, has 5 years of experience in an MEP coordination role while leading the LEAN implementation on his current project. Murphy holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Military Institute and a Minor in Physics.
